Business Development Officer

Job Description: As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in establishing partnerships with schools and colleges in India and South Asia. Your main responsibilities will involve visiting educational institutions, presenting collaboration opportunities, and driving student enrollments. You should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills to excel in this role. You will be required to conduct institutional outreach by visiting schools, colleges, and educational institutions to showcase collaboration prospects. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as principals and deans will be essential for long-term partnerships. Identifying potential institutions for collaboration, conducting meetings, and finalizing agreements will be part of your lead generation and conversion duties. Event coordination is another aspect of your role where you will organize seminars, workshops, and presentations for both students and educators. Market research to gather insights on educational trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the region will be crucial for strategic decision-making. Extensive travel within the assigned regions to expand the company's reach and networking with relevant individuals will also be part of your responsibilities. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language is mandatory for effective communication. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, along with the ability to travel extensively within India and South Asia, are essential. Freshers with internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or education outreach will be given preference. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations is required. You should be capable of working independently, meeting targets, and demonstrating a confident personality to succeed in this role.
