Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident fresher to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a key role in driving our outreach efforts and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through targeted email marketing campaigns
• Reach out to potential clients via personalized emails and outreach sequences
• Reconnect with past clients to nurture relationships and explore cross-selling opportunities
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (any stream) with strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and eagerness to learn the sales process
• Basic knowledge of email handling, MS Office, and online research
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and goal-focused approach
• Ability to collaborate in a team and take proactive initiative
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Required)
• Background in marketing is a plus (Preferred)

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives and annual bonus
