About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our EZII app. This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS products and services, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for building relationships with prospects and channel partners. A significant portion of this role involves field sales, so a willingness and enthusiasm for meeting prospects face-to-face is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct compelling customer presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Understand prospect's pain points quickly and effectively, and present the benefits and features of EZII to address those needs.
  • Present EZII's competitive advantages to potential customers.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate across different levels and functions within the organization.

Desired Profile:

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to quickly assess customer needs.
  • Street smart and adaptable.
  • Must be willing and enthusiastic about field sales and meeting prospects in person.
  • Working knowledge of Kannada is helpful as having a TWO Wheeler for movement within city is required.
