You will be responsible for driving growth, establishing new partnerships, and expanding the market footprint in Tamil Nadu & Kerala within the dairy feed industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels. - Building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers. - Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. - Working closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams for alignment and efficiency. - Participating in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement programs. - Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus. - 4-8 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in the dairy/FMCG/food industry. - Strong understanding of Tamil Nadus market dynamics and consumer behavior. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Tamil and English; additional regional languages are a plus. - Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
