Job Overview:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
  • Handle

    end-to-end sales cycle

    : lead generation, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the operations/marketing team to deliver customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
  • Maintain sales pipelines and prepare regular reports on business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience

    in business development or direct sales, preferably in the

    digital marketing industry

  • Strong understanding of

    SEO, PPC, social media ads, email marketing, and web solutions

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving

    sales targets and conversions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
