Job Overview:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
Handle
end-to-end sales cycle
: lead generation, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion goals.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the operations/marketing team to deliver customized solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Maintain sales pipelines and prepare regular reports on business performance.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience
in business development or direct sales, preferably in the
digital marketing industry

Strong understanding of
SEO, PPC, social media ads, email marketing, and web solutions
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving
sales targets and conversions
