Job Summary: Client is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote its Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across North India. The role involves engaging with potential customers, analyzing market dynamics, tracking tenders, and driving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of the energy storage sector, and a self-motivated approach to achieving business growth. Experience: 15-20 Yrs Key Tasks Analyze and develop key market segments such as utilities, renewable energy, and infrastructure, identifying customer needs and growth opportunities. Lead business development efforts by conceptualizing and delivering tailored BESS solutions in coordination with internal teams. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic sales and project execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, proactively shaping strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Contribute to annual sales planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, while mentoring team members to achieve performance goals. Support post-sales execution by coordinating with service teams to address customer issues and ensure satisfaction. Prepare and maintain clear, effective documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with internal teams and customers. Keeps all project stakeholders informed of progress and plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capability to use data and metrics for decision-making. Highly self-driven and target-oriented. Able to build and sustain collaborative working relationships. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Experience 3-6 years of experience in BESS, UPS, diesel generators, or inverters. Proven sales experience managing relevant customer segments. Tendering experience is a plus. Experience working with DISCOMs or PSUs is a plus.
