As a part of the Business Development Team”, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence. You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.
lResponsible for getting new client’s/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
lGenerate requirements from new clients through cold calling.
lManage a team target and can generate good revenue.
lUnderstand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
lAs a BDM, you will be concentrating on US IT/ Non-IT Staffing.
lDevelop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in the USA.
lInteract with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil them.
lGet involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
lHandle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them.
lClient relationship management.
lBuilding accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support.
lPartnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project.
lLeverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business
Required Experience:
lMinimum of 7 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
lMust have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
lAggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in a multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
lShould be able to work Independently.
