Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal-Making & Revenue Drive:

- Pitch hyper-customized solutions to C-level execs, SMEs, and government bodies. Close 50L+ deals hitting monthly/quarterly targets.

- Craft killer proposals (RFPs, bids, partnerships) showcasing ROI, uniqueness, and India-specific wins.

- Own collections, pipeline hygiene, and forecast revenue with 95%+ accuracy.

  • Market Expertise & Insights:

- Deep-dive into India's trends, competitor moves, and unmet customer needs (plus export markets if global-ready).

- Leverage Google Trends, reports, surveys, SEMrush to uncover hidden opportunities.

- Monitor GST, FDI, PLI schemes, and local laws impacting business in real-time.

  • Growth Hacking & Partnerships:

- Design and execute India-centric strategies to storm new markets, launch products, or pivot services.

- Forge rock-solid partnerships with distributors, OEMs, tech giants, and industry bodies to boost reach.

- Sync with Product, Marketing, Ops to turn offerings into market-winners.

  • Client Glue & Retention:

- Treat top accounts like VIPs. Upsell/cross-sell aggressively to expand wallet share.

- Quarterly client reviews. Solve pain points before they surface.

  • Data-Driven Sorcery & Reporting:

- Keep CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) spotless. Track leads, wins, losses, revenue weekly.

- Monthly growth pitches to leadership: numbers, insights, next moves.

- Continuously A/B test pitches, pricing, channels. Fail fast, fix faster.

  • Must-Have Skills:

- Education: Business, Management, Marketing, or Engineering degree; MBA boosts your chances.

- Experience: 3-6 years BD in India. Proven 50L+ annual revenue track record.

  • Skills Arsenal:

- Pitching magic in English + local languages (Tamil for Tamil Nadu). Storytelling that converts.

- Market analysis ninja using Google Analytics, SEMrush, industry tools.

- Own SWOT, deal structuring, complex sales cycles.

- CRM wizard (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Excel mastery for dashboards.

- Networking gladiator thriving in chaos, closing deals under pressure.

- Certificate: HubSpot Sales, Miller Heiman, IIM strategy, Google Analytics certs.
