Job Description

You will lead and manage two-wheeler business sourcing operations at the state level. Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service to support business growth and ensure customer loyalty. You will be responsible for supervising frontline sales and business development teams to ensure the achievement of targets. Additionally, you will need to foster and maintain key strategic relationships with customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and other partners. It will be crucial to ensure adherence to compliance standards across all activities and uphold high quality standards in sourcing operations. You will also be required to facilitate the cross-selling of liability insurance and Third-Party Protection (TPP) products, as well as oversee collection management to enhance recovery and reduce overdue accounts.
