About Vacav Travel

Vacav Inc. is a US-based startup expanding into India with a new platform focused on travel and creator-led tourism experiences. We work with models, influencers, travel content creators, hotels, resorts, local tourism boards, and service providers to build a modern travel discovery ecosystem.

Business Development Managers

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Vacav Travel, you will be responsible for building partnerships with hotels, resorts, travel operators, tourism brands, and creators. You will help shape Vacavs India presence, drive revenue opportunities, and onboard partners into our platform.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who is proactive, well-spoken, and excited about travel, media, and tech.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard hotels, resorts, homestays, travel operators, and tourism services.
  • Pitch Vacavs travel and collaboration packages.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

2. Creator & Model Coordination

  • Work with travel creators, models, and influencers for destination shoots.
  • Coordinate schedules, requirements, and deliverables.

3. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Research new markets and travel destinations across India.
  • Develop outreach campaigns and partnership funnels.
  • Manage leads using CRM tools.

4. Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership targets.
  • Create proposals, collaboration packages, and partnership models.
  • Report performance metrics and growth opportunities.

5. On-Ground Operations (Optional but Preferred)

  • Coordinate with local partners, studios, and creators during shoots or partnership activations.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking ability and confidence in speaking with hospitality leaders.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Interest in travel, content creation, or the influencer ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Hospitality, or Travel Industry (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Experience with travel agencies, hotels, resorts, tourism boards, or creator management is an advantage.
