Job Description

As a Business Development Manager/Executive at our growing company, your role will involve developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets. You are expected to have a strong track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Your leadership will be crucial in leveraging real data, capitalizing on business trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, and services - Generate leads, cold call prospective partners, and meet with clients face to face or over the phone - Foster and develop relationships with clients and institutions - Understand customer needs and respond effectively with actionable plans - Think and work strategically to develop and improve the business - Draw up client contracts in line with company policy - Train team members and discuss promotional strategies with the marketing department - Liaise with finance, sales, and other departments as needed - Plan sales campaigns, negotiate with partners, and increase business sales - Carry out sales forecasts, analyze data, and present findings to senior management - Develop and implement the business sales and marketing strategy Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets - Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - IT skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets - Teamworking, decision-making, and project management skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and set goals - Negotiating skills and the ability to think and act strategically - Analytical skills to interpret sales figures and write reports - Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Initiative and confidence to start projects from scratch Additional Details: - Job Type: Full Time/Permanent - Benefits: Monthly Incentives on Target Completion - Education: Bachelor's Degree/MBA (Preferred) - Experience: 2-4 years in business development (Preferred), 2-5 years total work experience (Preferred),
