Were Hiring: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote | Full-time

Were looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our IT Staffing business by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT staffing services.
  • Build and grow strong client relationships to expand business.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements.
  • Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calls, and events.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from pitching to deal closure.
  • Track market trends and competitor moves to identify opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing/Recruitment Sales
  • Strong client network in IT services, product firms, or GCCs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
