About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development Manager to lead partnerships with tennis academies, clubs, schools, and sports institutions across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

If you are passionate about tennis and skilled in building high-value relationships, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the growth of our Tennis Development & Consultancy Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage tennis academies, clubs, and sports institutions.
• Pitch our program with clarity and strong value articulation.
• Execute structured outreach via calls, emails, presentations, and field visits.
• Build strong relationships with academy owners, coaches, and decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations, close partnerships, and support onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in BD/Sales/Partnerships (sports background is a plus).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with field visits across Chennai.
• Passion for sports/tennis is an advantage.
