Anaya Steel, LLC (www.anayasteel.com) is a US based company (www.anayasteel.com). Our sister manufacturing company is in Vietnam - Daiwa Lance International. We are looking for business development manager to lead our Kolkata office.

*** Lance pipes for Steel melting in Steel plants - Calorized, Ceramic, MS Lance pipe

*** Thermic pipe for cutting applications

*** High Heat resistance application products

About the Jo

Looking to bring in Natural leader/professional to run our Kolkata office and build/grow our footing in the Middle East and North Africa Market.

Responsibilities

** Travel to Middle East market 3-4 times per year UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Oman, Algeria and other region for business development.

*** Work with our factory in Vietnam and India.

*** Work closely with our US and Mexico office and plant.

*** Responsible for running and building our Kolkata Office where we are based in Camac Street area. Hire and build team.

Tremendous growth opportunities to work with International company and lead Kolkata office.

Desired Skills & Experience

10 years + years of experience in Steel Industry or Steel pipe in Sales and Business Development - must have.

*** Have background travelling overseas for business development and has particiapted and organized the booth in the trade show.

*** Experience in value added products and not commodity.

Technical/metallurgical and high value added product development

** Position will be based in Kolkata and travel overseas 3-4 times per year and work with US, Mexico and Far East Asia.

** Ability to hire, train and lead the team.

** We actively use various online platforms like CRM, Notion and actively use outlook/excel and other cloud based applications.

** Communication -- excellent oral and written skills

** Goal oriented -- able to set goals and achieve them

** Organizational ability -- able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects. Able to work well in a group environment and foster a team approach
