Business Development Manager

Stallions Proptech Solutions Pvt. Ltd . is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to drive redevelopment projects and land acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate must have experience in project evaluation and feasibility analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source & identify projects, societies, land parcels for development / redevelopment.

• Conduct feasibility studies & technical due diligence of the identified projects to check the potential for business.

• Evaluate the projects based on the DCR rules in order to maximize development potential.

• Carry on financial analysis do market research and prepare projections for expected revenue from the project across project timeline.

• Coordinate with architects and liaison teams to assess project technicalities, ensure compliance with DCR & other regulatory requirements.

• Prepare a detailed proposal highlighting feasibility analysis, technical details, development potential & revenue projections and submit the same for management review.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Graduate / Post Graduate with 2-5 years in land acquisition / society redevelopment in Mumbai region.

• In depth understanding of DCR rules, statutory regulations and other technicalities involved in project development / redevelopment.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with ability to communicate and coordinate with various parties to achieve results.

• Should have strong understanding of technical aspects related to project development and construction.
