Identify, target, and engage potential Non-IT clients for C2H staffing services across sectors l( Manufacturing, FMCG & FMCD)
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders including HR and Procurement.
Understand client staffing needs and present tailored C2H staffing solutions.
Drive end-to-end client onboarding processes including due diligence, contract negotiation, and compliance.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular client follow-ups, meetings, and networking.
Meet monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
