The incumbent should possess excellent networking and communication skills to work with external stakeholders and business entities. He/She should have a good understanding of the education sector. The incumbent's ability to negotiate is crucial in securing opportunities and closing revenue deals. Candidate should be good with management and multitasking skills to lead multiple business development projects and initiatives simultaneously. KRAs for the role: Drive 50% of the total revenue targets set each year Track revenue generation and business development efforts Engage and persuade potential schools or partners identified within a given period Track the emergence and growth of new revenue streams Drive growth activities to enter new states/geographies/Groups of Schools Track, drive, and maintain strategic partnerships or alliances formed Prepare timely revenue matrix and updates for internal stakeholders Monthly reporting on lead generation and revenue number achievements
