Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thanjavur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business plans, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies. The role involves regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to perform market research and analysis
• Proficiency in creating and implementing business plans and strategies
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
