Job Description

As the Business Growth Manager for SDV & Vehicle E/E architecture in the South Asia Pacific region, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business in this area. Your main objectives will include owning and managing region-specific KPIs, analyzing market trends, and developing and implementing GTM strategies. You will work closely with regional sales teams to ensure the success of our products in the market. Key responsibilities include analyzing regional market trends, understanding customer applications, and studying the competitor landscape to develop effective marketing strategies. You will provide valuable feedback to product lines based on market dynamics, product needs, and competition analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving product-related trainings and marketing campaigns for internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with knowledge and experience in SDV, Vehicle E/E architecture, and related products and technology. Prior experience in Automotive electronics is highly desired. You should be a results-driven self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the field, with a minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles such as System engineering, Technical Marketing, or similar positions. Experience in negotiating pricing and developing business cases for products, as well as the ability to travel extensively, is essential for this role. Prior experience in Automotive OEM in Vehicle E/E architecture would be advantageous.
