Business Development Manager (Property Acquisition)

The functional responsibilities for this position include identifying suitable locations for the company, conducting market visits to interact with brokers and landlords in order to identify potential outlet properties in specific cities, and coordinating with internal teams for due diligence on shortlisted properties. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, taking photos and videos of potential properties, and assessing their business potential. Additionally, you will present shortlisted properties to the internal BD steering committee, negotiate commercial terms and property agreements, and act as a point of escalation for internal teams and landlords to facilitate dispute resolution. You will also be responsible for providing updated periodic information about new developments, evaluating developments through site visits, mapping and comparative analysis, and making recommendations. In addition, you will be required to negotiate with developers and represent the company at the highest levels of the developer organizations. It is important to maintain control over documentation with the Legal Department and be knowledgeable about all legal aspects related to each property being handled. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documentation and coordination of various functions related to project acquisition, and ensuring control over property layouts and seat counts with the Project department.
