Business Development Manager - Hyderabad - Project Sales

The Business Development Manager (HHP) at Power Generation BU will be responsible for providing technical advice and educating assigned customers on Kirloskar Powergen products. Your role will involve offering technical guidance to consultants, architects, engineers, and decision makers to secure specifications early in the design process. You will play a crucial part in key project specifications for Kirloskar Powergen products and support the sales team in promoting various product solutions. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in Specification Sales or Business Development, particularly in dealing with customers like consultants, architects, and influencers while possessing a high level of understanding of Genset complete solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a dynamic personality, a winning mindset, and a high level of performance. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showcasing self-motivation, quick learning abilities, and a can-do attitude. Key Result Areas (KRAs) for this role include: 1) Business development in new and emerging segments and providing engineering support to MEP consultants. 2) Creating value through a solutions selling approach. 3) Offering technical support to GOEM and KGDs. 4) Tracking and monitoring inquiries and leads at a micro level from inception to providing appropriate solutions. 5) Managing customer relationships effectively. 6) Keeping abreast of market intelligence to support business development efforts.,
