Position: Business Development Manager - Project (Extra Low Voltage, Infrastructure, Security Systems) Location : New Delhi Job Description: Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the PAN India in the field of extra low voltage, and security systems. Liaising with Government & Private Departments. Attending pre-bid meeting. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively identifying potential clients, and networking. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable margins and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and technical support, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement and product innovation efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Fluency in English Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales or related roles within the extra low voltage, infrastructure, and security systems industry. Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Extra Low voltage Project Management: 5 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
