As a Business Development Manager - Product (IT Accessories), you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding distribution channels in New Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives, recruiting and managing distribution partners, and monitoring their performance to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Your key responsibilities will include creating comprehensive sales plans, identifying new distribution partners, maintaining relationships with existing partners, setting performance targets, analyzing market trends, providing sales training and support, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the IT sector. Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. You should also be a strategic thinker capable of driving long-term growth and be willing to travel as required to meet partners and attend industry events. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule. Fluency in English is required, and experience in CCTV sales will be an advantage.
