To drive B2B sales growth and market expansion for herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients in the South India domestic market by developing new customers, managing key accounts, and promoting Company product portfolio across targeted industries.
1. Sales & Market Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharma, nutraceutical, food & beverage, and personal care industries in the South region.
Achieve assigned sales revenue and growth targets for the region.
Generate and convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
2. Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
Understand client needs, propose suitable product solutions, and ensure timely service.
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Logistics) for samples, documentation, and order fulfillment.
3. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging customer requirements.
Provide regular feedback to the management and suggest strategies for product positioning.
4. Technical & Product Promotion
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and participation in trade exhibitions.
Collaborate with the marketing team for region-specific campaigns and events.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipeline, and visit reports in CRM.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Preferred Background: Experience in handling customers in pharma, nutraceutical, ayurvedic,
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Knowledge of herbal/natural ingredient applications
Ability to work independently and manage regional responsibilities
Good analytical and reporting skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the South region
