Business Development Manager - Packaging Machine Sales Experience Required

Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting To: DirectorTravel Required : PAN INDIA

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and agents.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable packaging machinery solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• 7+ years of sales experience in packaging machinery or capital equipment industry.
• Strong technical understanding of packaging machines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
