Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, and/or downstream sectors.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and finance teams to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.
• Analysis of the commercial and technical aspects of the tender.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Prepare business plans and financial models for new ventures or project proposals.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for business development initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of energy value chain (exploration, production, transportation, refining, or services).
• Demonstrated success in closing multimillion-dollar deals or long-term contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and financial modelling tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in multinational or cross-border joint ventures.
• Experience in closely working with CGDs.
• Techno-managerial background in Gas Meter, CNG Dispenser, and CNG Cylinder Cascades.
