Job Title: Business Development Manager Oil & Gas Location: Delhi NCR Department: Business Development Reports To: Manager, Projects Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with deep experience in the oil and gas industry to lead our growth initiatives, forge new partnerships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the selling of gas meters, CNG Dispensers, CNG Cylinders, etc., to reputed CGDs and must have excellent commercial acumen and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, and/or downstream sectors. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate with technical, legal, and finance teams to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations. Analysis of the commercial and technical aspects of the tender. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Prepare business plans and financial models for new ventures or project proposals. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for business development initiatives. Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry. Strong understanding of energy value chain (exploration, production, transportation, refining, or services). Demonstrated success in closing multimillion-dollar deals or long-term contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and financial modelling tools. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Preferred Skills: Experience working in multinational or cross-border joint ventures. Experience in closely working with CGDs. Techno-managerial background in Gas Meter, CNG Dispenser, and CNG Cylinder Cascades.
