Business Development Manager- Offline Lead Generation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with builders, brokers, and real estate agents to generate offline leads for home interior services. Your main tasks will include meeting potential clients in person, showcasing our company's offerings, and establishing long-term relationships with channel partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with the experience center team to convert leads into customers and keep track of new residential developments in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Meet builders, brokers, and real estate agents to identify individuals in need of home interior services. - Educate potential clients about the products and services offered by our company. - Generate offline leads by conducting site visits, office meetings, and face-to-face interactions with people. - Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with channel partners to secure consistent leads. - Collaborate with the experience center team to facilitate lead conversion. - Monitor the construction of new flats, villas, and homes in Bangalore to capture potential leads.
