Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to increase revenue, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing revenue-increasing strategies and negotiating contracts
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Video Production, and Public Relations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising industry is a must.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
• Represent Nex Media at industry events and conferences.
