🏢 About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Officers (BDO). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of India’s leading NBFCs and contribute to the growth of our core product—Gold Loans—along with other financial services.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Develop core business (Gold Loan) and cross-sell other financial products.
• Source new business from the open market through field visits and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: 12th Pass with minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience OR Any Graduate.
• Experience:
◦ Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred.
◦ Freshers with strong communication and interest in field sales are also welcome to apply.
💰 Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
