Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Business Developer in the Middle East located in Pune. The Sr. Business Developer will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to drive business growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 4+ years of experience in business development or sales in the e-commerce industry, preferably within the Middle East. Strong understanding of regional e-commerce ecosystems, consumer behavior, and digital trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus. Experience with cross-border e-commerce or marketplace platforms. Experience in managing a sales team and working in a multicultural environment. ​Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel within the MENA region.
