Role & responsibilities

Onboard Forex Agents onto our platform through calls and meetings.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team/Associate.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree with
0 to 5 years of experience
in the
study abroad, international education, or student services sector
preferred.
Should have a
strong network within the study abroad ecosystem
, including
student consultants, education agents, visa facilitators, and overseas universities or institutions
.
Prior experience in a
sales-driven environment
, preferably in
study abroad counseling, admissions, or international student services
(AD2 or similar sales profiles).
Proficient in
MS Office tools
, particularly
Excel and PowerPoint
.
