As a Customer Service Point/ Retailer Analyst, your role involves analyzing and recruiting potential customers in the banking/web-based industry. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, defining market segments, and assessing the competitive landscape to strategize the introduction of new products. Your tasks will also include estimating the market value of products and identifying gaps in the current offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and recruit Customer Service Point/ Retailers in the Banking/Web Based sector - Define potential market segments and potential customers - Evaluate the competitive environment to develop a plan for new product introduction - Estimate the market value of products and identify unaddressed issues by current providers - Create and present a business case to the corporate executive team for decision-making on market segment entry Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing or Finance - MCA - B.Tech in Computer Science Please note that this position is specifically for female candidates.
