Job Description

As a Rental Manager for Liugong Construction Equipment Rental Division, your role would involve: - Identifying and developing new customers for Liugong equipment rentals. - Preparing and submitting rental quotations and agreements. - Maintaining relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, and corporate clients. - Achieving monthly and annual rental revenue targets. - Planning and ensuring optimum utilization of available Liugong machines. - Coordinating with the service department for machine maintenance, repair, and readiness. - Tracking machine hours, location, and condition regularly. - Maintaining updated records of machine deployment, insurance, and fitness certificates. - Ensuring smooth logistics and on-time delivery/collection of machines to rental sites. - Supervising operators and field staff assigned to rental machines. - Managing equipment inspection before and after rentals to minimize damages and downtime. - Providing technical and operational support to rental customers. - Handling customer complaints or breakdown issues promptly with service coordination. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Monitoring outstanding dues and following up with customers for recovery. - Preparing rental MIS reports (utilization, revenue, expenses, profitability). - Supporting management in pricing strategy and policy formulation. Please note: The company requires 4-6 years of experience in equipment rental/construction equipment dealership, a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field, and an MBA or PGDM in Marketing/Operations (preferred) for this full-time position. The work location is in person.,
