Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Develop customized proposals and present tailored IT staffing solutions to clients.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT staffing sector.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve market positioning.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue growth and client acquisition metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitability.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to align client requirements with available talent.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create campaigns and materials to attract new clients.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements in CRM tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 3 years in the IT staffing industry.

  • Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of IT staffing processes, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
