Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Develop customized proposals and present tailored IT staffing solutions to clients. 2. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT staffing sector. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals. Analyze competitors and provide insights to improve market positioning. 3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT staffing processes, technologies, and industry trends. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
