Job Description

You will be responsible for acquiring new business in the IT Sales sector, by following the complete sales cycle which includes prospecting, generating leads, conducting meetings, gathering requirements, creating business proposals, negotiating terms, handling related documentation, and closing leads. Your primary focus will be on International B2B Sales in regions like the Middle East, Africa, Far East, UK, and the US. Attending shows, exhibitions, and seminars will also be a part of your responsibilities. As a Business Development Manager, you will travel for client meetings both nationally and internationally. You will be involved in creating presentations, pre-sales costing, negotiations, and act as a single point of contact for the entire sales cycle for customers and partners. Post-sales relationship management with customers is another crucial aspect of this role. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will provide feedback from the market and insights into future product requirements and enhancements. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of the industry is essential. Your performance will be measured based on target-driven sales and revenue generation. In addition to the above, you will work closely with the Marketing team to finalize sales strategies and utilize CRM systems for managing information and contacts effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a business or marketing-related degree, along with experience in IT software sales or Travel Industry sales. Knowledge of relevant products, industries, and software applications is required, especially in international software sales across various countries. The key competencies for this role include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization and planning abilities, motivational skills, problem-solving capabilities, being a team player, effective presentation skills, and sound decision-making skills. Please note that candidates with experience in IT Software, Travel Technology, or the Travel Industry will be considered for this position.,
