Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Hubbler, you will be responsible for focusing on Account acquisition in the Mid-sized Enterprise segment across North America. Your role will involve identifying, engaging, and developing Enterprise Software solution requirements that Hubbler provides to growing Organizations. You must have a sharp eye to understand various business processes and engage with Clients to discover their growth pains, recommending solutions that will create a Wow experience in their journey. Hubbler, being a No Code platform, allows Enterprises to configure Applications to suit their Businesses and engage better with the Internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Explore Mid and Large enterprise accounts and set up meetings to provide solutions for business processes - Build a strong funnel with Inside sales team and ensure swift closing of deals as per the SaaS model - Engage with Accounts to scale the business with additional Apps for different processes/teams - Engage and qualify all leads and gather inputs for demonstrating a meaningful PoC - Conduct necessary service-related interactions with customers for adoption, customer delight, and to increase usage from Existing accounts - Align with Partners and in-house Business Solution experts to ensure Account acquisition **Qualifications Required:** - Passionate individual with a love for Understanding Business Processes across companies - Upto 10 years of work experience preferably in selling Technology products/services to Western markets - Demonstrated successes in Enterprise Sales by exceeding set Revenue targets and can provide customer references - Experience of complete Sales Cycle from Lead to Delivery across multiple deals - Understanding of No Code and SaaS environment - Cultivated a good network of Enterprise clients and Partners - Ability to understand the Big Picture at each opportunity and align accordingly - Professional demeanor and Good communication skills - both spoken and written - Should be willing to work on creating opportunities, demonstrating the platform, and engage commercially with all levels of the Client organization - Education background - Business/Technology About Hubler: Hubbler is an exciting SaaS startup that is revolutionizing the way enterprises manage their business processes.
