Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager- POSP and Direct Channel- Insurance Sales (Life/Motor/Health/Group Business)

  • Appointing POSP Channel partners for effective revenue generation for the company as well as partner
  • Generating new business through Direct acquisition as well by utilizing various sales techniques to promote and sell life and Health insurance policies to potential customers
  • Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients, building long-lasting relationships and fostering trust
  • Keeping up to date with the latest market trends, product and industry knowledge to provide sound advice
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • POSP Channel Experience

    : Relevant POSP Channel experience of appointing channel partners.
  • Previous Sales Experience:

    Proven success in a sales role, preferably in insurance or financial services. Experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information, listen actively, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Good negotiation and persuasion skills are essential.
  • Self-Motivated:

    Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets. Proactive and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ethical Conduct:

    Adherence to high ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality, and following regulatory guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products:

    Familiarity with various types of life & Health insurance policies, their features, and benefits. Understanding of underwriting principles and risk assessment is an advantage.
  • Computer Proficiency:

    Basic knowledge of computer systems, including proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
