Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your role involves sourcing and onboarding insurance partners, with a focus on reward-based and cashback insurance products. You will leverage our strong in-house inventory and publisher network to bring high-quality insurance deals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive strong customer conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and close partnerships with insurers, brokers & insurtechs - Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and campaign launches - Work closely with operations, marketing & compliance - Track performance, optimize outcomes, and drive revenue growth Qualifications Required: - 5 years of BD/Partnerships experience (Insurance/BFSI/Fintech/Affiliate preferred) - Strong understanding of cashback, micro-insurance & reward-based models - Proven record of closing high-value partnerships - Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills - Experience with publisher or affiliate networks is a big plus If you join us, you can expect: - High ownership role - Fast-growing ecosystem - Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment,
