Job Summary: Individually acquire new to bank relationships for the bank through savings account, current accounts & wealth management products. Job Description: Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products. Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities. Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements. Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Specific Requirements: Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles Prior experience in Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC sector is a must Desired Behavioural / Functional Traits: Should be young and energetic with passion for sales Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence Education: Graduation is must Work Experience: 1 - 5 Years preferably from financial industry background (Should be in Job currently) Age Range: 21 32 Yrs
