You are a professional experienced in selling internet services (SEO/SEM) and will be responsible for generating business, providing sales support, and lead communications. **Responsibilities:** - Having 4+ years of experience in selling Internet services (SEO/SEM) - Conducting data mining and executing e-mail campaigns - Bidding on platforms like Elance, Guru, Odesk - Coordinating with international clients - Establishing contact with potential prospects through cold calling, e-mailing, and filling RFPs - Cold calling leads/prospects in a Business-to-Business sales environment - Generating leads, negotiating with prospects, and closing deals - Increasing the volume of business from existing clients by pitching new services - Acting as a catalyst between the client and the development team - Handling accounts of existing and new clients - Working with a team of developers and managers to implement full project lifecycle development - Managing prospects and clients throughout the project development lifecycle - Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients - Ensuring high customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms - Resolving queries and grievances promptly to maximize client satisfaction - Creating and maintaining a client database,
