As a Business Development Manager at HyprOnline in Gurugram, your role involves working independently and supporting the Sales Director in tasks related to new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and targeting potential clients in India and abroad through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online platforms, referral networks, exhibitions, and emails. - Assisting the Sales Director in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Developing strategies to convert leads into long-term clients. - Generating high-quality leads through digital marketing, events, referrals, and partnerships. - Qualifying leads and managing them through the sales pipeline. - Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions. - Preparing and presenting business proposals and presentations to clients. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Preparing and presenting regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. - Utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Qualifications required for this role are: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be given priority. - Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the digital marketing industry or advertising. - Skills: Excellent knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
