Job Description

Role Purpose:

Drive growth and exceed sales targets in the natural stone sector.

Develop new business channels and solidify the company's position in the natural stone market.

Manage key customer relationships including architects, interior designers, builders, layers, PMCs, influencers and retail clients.

Lead initiatives to generate business, engage partners, and execute sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in natural stone and related products (marble, granite and other natural stones).

Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.

Engage with trade customers such as architects and interior designers.

Prepare and manage sales-related documents like proformas, packing lists, purchase orders.

Follow up on client payments and manage receivables.

Work with management on marketing strategies and sales planning.

Regular travel for client visits to maintain and expand business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.

Report sales activities and business development progress to higher management.

Skills and Qualifications:

1 to 5+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in natural stone, building materials, or related sectors.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under targets.

Familiarity with market players, quarries, and product quality standards.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

MBA or relevant degree preferred.

Existing contact network with architects, designers, builders is advantageous.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and high-energy team player.

Strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
