Position : Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

1.

  • Research target markets, industries, and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, social media, events, referrals).
  • Qualify leads to determine fit and potential value.

2.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and feedback.

3.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for new markets and accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on outreach and offerings.

4.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline.

5.

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams (product, marketing).
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
