Business Development Manager- Gold Loan

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs. You will be expected to actively seek out new sales prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, existing customers, and leads provided by the Bank. In this role, you will be required to plan and execute sales and marketing activities in the assigned areas/markets. This will involve organizing meetings with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and successfully selling the products and services offered by the Bank. Additionally, you will assist branches in planning and conducting customer meetings to enhance sales efforts. You will also have the opportunity to represent the Bank at exhibitions and local events, under the guidance and approval of your reporting manager. Your objective will be to promote the Bank's brand, products, and services to a wider audience. Collaboration with your team and branches will be crucial to achieving optimal results in sales and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, as part of your role, you will be expected to identify opportunities for cross-selling other retail products and services offered by the Bank.
