Job Description

As a Sales Manager in our company, your primary responsibility will be to onboard Forex agents onto our platform through calls and meetings, effectively converting prospects into active partners. You will be expected to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth through direct selling and team management. Developing and executing strategic business plans to enhance our customer base and market presence will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives and associates. Building and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and identifying upsell opportunities will be crucial. It will be essential to prepare and deliver timely sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team. Monitoring market trends, identifying emerging markets and competitive movements, and suggesting product or process adjustments will also be part of your duties. To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any field or a related area. Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, fintech, or the study abroad sector. Demonstrable networking abilities in the outbound student remittance market, student consultant, exchange companies, etc., will be highly advantageous. A proven track record of consistent performance in sales environments, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a positive attitude with a flexible nature are qualities we value. Moreover, we are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments, possess the ability to work flexible hours, and have knowledge of forex, outward remittance, and related markets. Analytical strength, a willingness to work in a tech environment, and skills in sales, customer management, business development, and revenue generation will be essential for this role.,
