  • Lead Generation:


    Research and engage with potential clients through cold calling, social media, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strategic Partnerships:


    Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to support company growth objectives.
  • Market Opportunity Research:


    Analyze industry trends, target markets, and client needs to develop well-informed, strategic business plans.
  • Sales Strategies:


    Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute sales strategies that drive new business and revenue growth.
  • Revenue Forecasts:


    Monitor budgets, margins, and profitability. Assess pricing models and forecast revenue growth opportunities.
  • Project Management:


    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client onboarding and project execution. Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Client Relationship Building:


    Nurture and strengthen client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, the Business Development Manager should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education:


    A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A masters degree is preferred.
  • Work Experience:


    A minimum of

    5 to 8 years

    of experience in lead generation, client engagement, or strategic partnerships within the Indian market.
  • Techno-Commercial Skills:


    Proficiency in selling technology solutions such as

  • Identifying Business Opportunities:

  • Business Planning:


    Create comprehensive business plans outlining strategies for entering new markets, meeting client needs, and introducing new products.
  • Communication Skills:


    Strong written and verbal communication for presenting business plans and collaborating across departments.
  • Deal Closing & Negotiation:


    Apply excellent negotiation skills to finalize deals and establish partnerships that contribute to overall profitability.
  • Time Management & Agility:


    Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze challenges, and lead teams in implementing effective solutionsespecially under tight deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
