Job Description:

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective corporate clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Cold calling to the prospective corporates clients and existing clients.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and prospect potential clients within the MICE industry.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Prepare presentations for the business development.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
• MBA or relevant degree
• Candidates from Hotel, Aviation, or Hospitality Industry preferred
