Role Overview

Business Development Manager

This role demands a proactive, consultative approach to client engagement and business generation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new business opportunities across industries, focusing on technology and product-driven companies.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (CXOs, Hiring Managers, TA Heads).
Understand client hiring needs and align Continuity1s recruitment solutions accordingly.
Drive revenue targets through client acquisition, account expansion, and consistent delivery.
Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communication, and forecasts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

4 - 8 years of experience in
business development or key account management
, preferably in
recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting
.
Proven success in
acquiring and managing enterprise clients
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent market dynamics.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
